MAX+ Upload Checklist

Does your media have "a reasonable expectation of reuse by any Compassion office, department or team"? Is the media asset usable by different offices, in different cultures at different times of the year? Is it something that could be used in marketing material for an international audience?

Does your media follow Compassion’s dignity guidelines? See:
http://gc.ci.org/field-communications/Field Comm Wiki/Dignity guidelines.aspx

Do your media files have descriptive file names? Do they have a file extension? Examples: YES – "Togo 2012-001.jpg" NO – "DCM09087.jpg" "DCM45980"

If a Compassion sponsored child is featured in the media asset, do you have their child number or project number? For integrity purposes, all Compassion sponsored children must be identified.

The preferred location for the signed agreements is in your office's Contract Management System. Librarians must then add information to MAX+ stating the location of the paperwork. Only if there is no other place to store this paperwork can it be uploaded to MAX+.

No "works-in-progress" or "version" files are allowed in MAX+. All elements of an InDesign project must be zipped into a single folder.
